Dr. Fraser is an award-winning researcher who has been at the forefront of climate science since the mid-1970s. A key figure at the CSIRO and an honorary Research Fellow, he was instrumental in founding the internationally acclaimed Cape Grim Atmospheric Observatory on Tasmania’s west coast.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fraser has pioneered methods for measuring atmospheric greenhouse gases. His research confirmed that 60% of climate change is driven by carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel combustion, with the remaining 40% attributed to other greenhouse gases.
