While private tours are available year round, our information sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to learn more about life at Balmoral Gardens Village. You'll gain a clear understanding of our fee structure, the process of moving into the village, and have the chance to ask any questions you may have.

These sessions are a great way to:

- Explore our range of accommodation options

- Discover the variety of activities and excellent facilities available at Balmoral Gardens Village

After the session, you're warmly invited to stay for a cuppa and a chat. Our Village Manager, Jody McDonald, and Sales Coordinator, Ann-Maree Cockburn, will be available to  answer any questions and discuss your individual needs.

We understand that moving and selling your home is a  significant life decision, one that often involves conversations with family, friends, and trusted advisors.
