During Your Visit

During your visit, you’ll enjoy a guided tour and information session designed to give you a clear and positive understanding of the Monterey lifestyle, including:

• Guided tours through the clubhouse and resident facilities
• Walks through parks, landscaped gardens and local streets
• A visit to the community shed
• Time to explore completed homes and homes currently under construction
• Walk-throughs of two beautifully appointed display homes
• One-on-one time with our friendly and knowledgeable sales team

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
