Come and join us for a cuppa.

Maybe downsizing has been on your mind for a while, or maybe you’re just curious and want to find out a bit more. Either way, pop in on Friday morning and have a look around.

You don’t need to know a soul here to feel at home. Our resident-run social committee is always organising something fun to get involved in.

Golfers will love having the course right on the estate. If swimming is more your thing, there’s an indoor pool for the cooler months and an outdoor one for summer (and the grandkids!), with the café in the clubhouse for a treat afterwards.

Bring your questions, including the money ones. Our team will explain how it all works in plain English.
