Life Care at Home can offer you that in-home help with a range of services from domestic assistance and personal care, through to respite services, transportation, social activities and network support.
A dedicated Customer Care Advisor will work closely with you and your family to decide what your needs are and what services are available.
Life Care at Home’s focus is on helping our customers remain as mobile, independent and active in their own communities by providing the relevant support into their homes.
There are several different in-home options available depending on your needs. These include Home Support Programs (previously HACC), Home Care Packages or Respite. Life Care at Home can provide all of these services, and you also may be eligible for part Government Funding.
