Our offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Offer refers to a cash payment of $25,000 (Promotional Offer).
2. The Offer applies to Duneed design villas numbered 78, 80, 82, 84 at Armstrong Green Village only (each a Nominated Villa). In its sole discretion, RCA reserves the right to include additional villas as Nominated Villas during the Offer Period.
3. The Offer is available from 19 September 2023 until 19 December 2023 (Offer Period), unless settlement of all of the Nominated Villas occurs prior to the end of the Offer Period, in which case the Offer will come to an end.
4. The Offer applies to new incoming residents (Reservees) who reserve a Nominated
Villa during the Offer Period and that settle the lease of the Nominated Villa no later than 29 March 2024 (End Date).
5. In addition, to be eligible, the Reservee must: be a person/s who meets the criteria for residency at Armstrong Green Village, and who completes RCA’s required paperwork/forms for the reservation of the Nominated Villa (RCA reserves the right to change the required paperwork from time-to-time to meet business needs).
6. In the event that the Reservee comprises two persons who lease the Nominated Villa, the Promotional Offer will be paid to both Reservees jointly and only one Promotional Offer will be paid (that is, the Promotional Offer will not be paid to each Reservee).
7. Payment of the Promotional Offer will be made as a lump sum to either the Reservee’s nominated bank account or by cheque (at our discretion) within 14 days after settlement of the lease of the Reservee’s Nominated Villa.
8. The ingoing contribution (Loan) payable by the Reservee for the lease of the Nominated Villa will not be reduced by the amount of the Promotional Offer and the Loan remains the market value of the Nominated Villa as at the date of the reservation of the Nominated Villa.
