Established in 1968, our Retirement Village is a 'stand alone' registered charity with a long history of providing pensioner retirees access to a village & community lifestyle, lifetime tenancy security and a standard of unit accomodation that is affordable.

Our units are renovated. modern and easy to live in. 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite and 1 off street parking, generous in size, offering open plan kitchen and lounge, with clever storage, new joinery, alarm system, second entry, portico, security screen doors, flyscreens, new flooring, and window furnishings, brick, insulation ceiling and walls, rewired and replumbed, new paint, large shower, vanity, laundry storage, good sized bedroom - with inbuilt floor to ceiling robe, fitted with a 10 year smoke alarm and reverse cycle air conditioner, and small deck.

The Ingoing Contribution - Entry Fee $188,000 + Security Bond: $45,000

Management Fee/rent $408.54 (Single FTNT) covers all village, building and property services. You never have to worry about unplanned property bills again. *Commonwealth Rent Assistance Is Available Subject to Eligibility.

Our SIMPLE FEE STRUCTURE explained...

The Entry Fee secures your unit of choice, funds the renovation of the unit, provides you with access to our amenities, and contributes to the overall sustainability and mains infrastructure of our private Village that flows over 6.5 acres and 5 streets. You have a lifetime agreement and we look after your property for your lifetime.
The Security Bond is held by the Association for the period of occupation and refunded on departure.
Our Management Fee / also known as 'Rent' is the amount you pay for recurrent services.

So what are recurrent services? It is everything that maintains the village and unit accomodation, general maintenance, preventative and emergency property maintenance, rates, water, association & building insurances, 6.5 acres of maintained common gardens and grounds, business administration, staffing, CCTV security throughout our street and community areas, inground infrastructure, private roads, pathways and amenities, such as community garden, our community centre, electric bbqs, library, hall, resident lounge, resident computer/printer area. These payments are designed to be manageable for retirees on a commonwealth pension and cover the range of services and amenities designed to make retirement worry-free.

Rent Assistance: Our fee stucture allows those eligible Resident pensioners, the option to apply for rent assistance from Centrelink to further reduce the management fee/rent and support our retiree resident to live comfortably.
