Village Baxter

Village Baxter is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to the provision of affordable high-quality accommodation, care and services for older people.  From our volunteer board members through to our all-star team of over 250 staff, we work together to nurture an environment where every person is cared for, and every person is valued.
