Nice bedroom available for elderly lady

Are you a kind-hearted, semi-retired (or retired) lady looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to call home? We are a warm and welcoming household with one other tenant .

It is a four bedroom home.

My husband (I’m Sammy) and I are often away and the tenant works full time. We have a little chihuahua who is so gentle and sweet. So you’ll have to enjoy the company of our sweet little ‘Chino’. And he’s as quiet as a mouse (he’s not a yappy one at all).

We’re looking for someone who enjoys looking after a home and who enjoys a good space provided; clean, tidy, and non smoking,

The $300.00 will include bills - depending on price increases and usage, we’ll ask for additional contributions from time to time. Thus far, we haven’t needed to ask. Just advising.

You can bring your own furniture (for the right person, we’ll source the bed but prefer self-provided).

Please provide us with a couple of references.
The room is available now.

We’ll ask for two weeks rent for bond.
