Room Available for a Senior Flatmate

A single room is available, to share with a 60-year old woman (smoker), so would prefer to share with another smoker.

The room is freshly painted, clean & spotless, with a large built in wardrobe, a single bed & 2-seater sofa.

The ideal flatmate would be quiet, private, clean, tidy and responsible.

I have an ongoing medical condition which requires me to live in a quiet calm environment, so ideally, my flatmate also leads a quiet private life who prefers to socialise outside.

Rent is $250 per week plus shared Utility costs (water and electricity rates).

This small block of apartments is quiet, clean, friendly, and very close to Eastwood train station & shops and eateries (300 metres away)
