Mature female boarder - FT worker or equivalent, with own lifestyle and affairs

Elderly father of adult children. Keep myself very busy with work and family and would like to share the house with a boarder/flatmate short term with potential for longer if it mutually works out. Wanting preferably a 45+ (or mature) female who has their own interests/lifestyle and works full time or equivalent - self sufficient. If horse interested there are plenty of horse adjistment places and stables available and within close proximity. Prefer to discuss all this if of interest. Location is rural walking distance to small village, but also close drive to Majura/Queanbeyan/Canberra - mostly pastures and farming land with bushland.
