Room for Rent – Mature Female 45+ | Sutton Village

Looking for a friendly, mature lady (45+) to share my 4-bedroom home in Sutton Village, which backs onto lovely farmland.

I’m a busy retiree who still works on my farm. I’ve got grown-up kids, grandkids, and a pretty active social life. I’m not one to sit around at home — I’m up early, go to bed early, and enjoy keeping busy. I also play a bit of tennis and like to cook (happy to share a meal now and then if that suits us both).

This would suit someone who’s independent and has their own life going on — maybe you’re renting out your own place for a bit and want somewhere relaxed and homely to stay.

- Would particularly suit someone who has horses as there are 6 stables on the property and plenty of space to ride.
Rent/board is negotiable.

I keep the house tidy, take care of my own chores, and am pretty handy. I’m easygoing, respectful, and looking for someone similar.
