Private room in secluded natural setting

We are leasing a room with all utilities included with shared bathroom. The house is located on 5 acres and is surrounded by nature from sheep to gum trees. There are several residents currently on the property and each keep to themselves while still working together to maintain a veggie garden, chickens and some sheep. Occasionally coming together to have a roast dinner. This is a small respectful community of seniors who love nature.
