Room for rent

I rent a house and my daughter is moving to Melbourne so I'm looking for a house mate. I'm 62 and working part time. I have a small beagle called Freya.

The room is quite large, 3.3x3.7m. It has its own bathroom and toilet - I have an ensuite. The house has ducted reverse cycle a/c and a gas stove and hot water. I keep another fridge in the garage as the kitchen one is quite small.
