Bellevue is a boutique collection of just three homes—two expansive apartments with lift access and a standalone residence—designed by Chris Haughton of Shed Architecture. Each home is individually crafted, featuring earthy, elemental materials such as off-form concrete and copper, and interiors by Space Control that echo Avalon’s natural character with a warm, retro-inspired feel.
