Each unit has its own unique outlook of the village’s gardens, grounds and pathways which are beautifully maintained and manicured, with lift accessibility throughout the property.

 The village is operated by Medi-Aid Centre Foundation, a not-for-profit charity and Public Benevolent Institution. With 144 units across 6 acres of land, the village is community driven, giving all residents a sense of belonging, with many group based activities with all residents provided with a 24/7 emergency call button. Vimiera Village is also in close proximity of public transport, shopping centres and medical services.

Assisted Living

Comprised of 52 studio units, this accommodation is designed for those seeking housekeeping and dining services. This includes:

• All meals prepared and cooked daily onsite
• Weekly cleaning of the unit
• Weekly linen change (bed sheets and towels)
• Weekly Personal laundry
• Electricity and water

Independent Living

There are 92 Independ Living units across the village comprising of 1 bedroom + Den, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom + Den. All units consist of full brick construction with terra cotta tiled roofs, large balconies and carpeted rooms. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances, polyurethane cupboards with provisions for dishwasher.
