Palm Lake Resort Yamba Cove

A rare opportunity: This is the only available Grafton design home, the largest in the resort. The interior décor gives it a light-filled, deluxe coastal atmosphere.

Backing onto bushland reserve, it has tranquil outlooks from every room.

Boasting 2 spacious living areas, the ground floor includes a Smeg kitchen with on-tap filtered and boiling water, living and dining, a guest bedroom and bathroom, laundry and a large entertaining patio adjacent to a beautiful, landscaped garden.

The upper level, accessed by either an oak staircase or elevator, consists of a second large living room, a grand main bedroom suite which opens out to a spacious, private balcony and includes an ensuite bathroom with separate toilet and a large walk-in robe.

Also on the upper level is the third bedroom with treed outlook and a full sized bathroom. The living room adjoins a large balcony overlooking the bushland reserve at the rear of the property.

There is abundant storage including a linen cupboard, a separate storeroom in the garage as well as an external store for gardening tools.
