Roommate Wanted – Comfortable, Friendly Home in Great Location (50+)

I’m a 72-year-old male, healthy, fit, and easy-going, looking for a like-minded housemate aged 60+ (male or female) to share my well-kept home.

The house is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a great location close to shops and local amenities. You would have your own private wing of the house, which includes:

- Two bedrooms (one perfect as a spare room, office, hobby space or home gym)
- Your own bathroom
- Plenty of privacy while still sharing a comfortable home

The home is tidy, calm, and relaxed. I enjoy a good laugh and a friendly chat, but I’m also out and about regularly, so it’s a nice balance of company and independence.

Rent: $400 per week (put whatever price you like, I just put what Rasyl paid you) I would look at your average bill cost and add it up then even it out over the year and get the average.
Includes:

- All bills (electricity, gas, water)
- Unlimited internet

This would suit someone who values a peaceful, respectful home, enjoys friendly conversation, and is comfortable sharing with someone of a similar stage in life.
