Seeking accommodation

I'm an older lady on a disability pension and ideally looking something like a granny flat or private space with own bathroom. However, I am open to considering all offers.

I am currently living on the southern Gold Coast but am happy to relocate to any area for the right accommodation.

My current lease will finish on the 27th of April.

I spend a lot of time at home due to my back condition and will be home more often than not.

I am a very quiet person who keeps mainly to myself.

I am neat and tidy and always pay bills on time.

I am able to provide excellent tenancy references.

My hobbies include reading, yoga and gardening.
