Available room: medium-sized (3.10m x 2.60m), furnished, with your own bathroom (I have a small ensuite). All bedroom furniture is brand new and unused, including double bed, mattress, pillows, and linen. The bed has 4 storage drawers. Part of the wardrobe houses the hot water system, but there is an additional wardrobe just outside the room.

The lounge and dining area are fully furnished and essentially yours, as I rarely use them.

About me: I’m an older gay male with two 10-year-old indoor cats, looking for a settled, long-term flatmate. I’m a quiet, friendly introvert who mostly keeps to myself, but I’m always happy for a chat or to share some TV now and then. I don’t smoke or drink (though I don’t mind if you drink). I’m not into parties or entertaining.

I spend most of my time in my small media room (study), working on the computer (Photoshop, 3D modelling) or watching British TV, documentaries, Netflix, and YouTube. I enjoy daily walks and prefer a calm, low-key home with a few close connections rather than a busy social environment.

I’m hoping to find someone who values a peaceful home, likes cats, and might occasionally enjoy watching TV together. Ideally, this would become a long-term arrangement, with the possibility of moving to future places together, as I did with my previous flatmate.

One of the cats may occasionally decide to share your bed :)
