One thing you’ll probably notice very quickly is that I’m quiet, clean, considerate and genuinely easy to live with. I’ve been in my current accommodation for over 10 years, which says a lot about the kind of person I am, and I’m happy to provide a reference from my current residence.

I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. My interests include meditation, natural therapies, continuous learning, mountain biking and staying active and well.
I’m looking for long-term, stable accommodation with the right people — somewhere that simply feels comfortable, relaxed and drama-free for everyone involved.

My budget is up to $300 per week including utilities, and I’m always happy to help out with chores and contribute to keeping the home running smoothly.
