I am a 70 year old male, looking to share with a like-minded individual.

Unique, solar, passive -style house; rammed earth with walls (30cm thick) and double glazed windows. The property warms with sun and holds heat.

You would have your own room and bathroom, shared kitchen and other amenities.

House is 5km from Yarragon township.

There is a large native garden and food source garden.

I only have chickens and would prefer someone without pets.
