Three bedroom two at home close to the river in Mosman Park. Many conveniences such as tennis club golf club and bowling nearby. Excellent walking trails down to the river and along oh great way to wind down the day.
Looking for one or two housemates as there are options to consider. They being that one person could consider the advantage of exclusive bathroom rather than share and being able to use the two large rooms and study.
Alternatively the one bedroom option simply offers one person a bedroom each and shared study plus shared bathroom toilet.
The lease is $1250 per week therefore for two (including me) the rent is obviously $625 per week and for three for $417/ week.
The bills are not included however they found our quite reasonable at about $300 each per quarter.
