Mature lady to share with similar

I am offering a nice furnished bedroom with own bathroom in my home to a mature lady who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. I have two empty bedrooms for you to choose from, one with a queen bed and the other with a single. Both rooms are the same size, with built-in mirrored wardrobes.

The house is two storeys and the bedrooms are upstairs.
I am a semi-retired professional and I often have friends' dogs over for the day - sometimes overnight - so a pet-lover would fit right in.

Rail and bus transport are close and there is plenty of parking in the street which is not busy (not a through road).
