looking for shared accom

Hi i'm a retired professional from Newcastle.
I'm looking for a calm peaceful environment style of living.
I'm an active outdoors person walking ,cycling ,gym swimming etc.
I am a non drinker non smoker and never have taken any drugs.
I have other family in Newcastle and have recently returned from Sydney, even though I'm a local.
I would like to find a place in the next 1-4 weeks
