Seeking female flatmate

The house is an older type of home, we treat it with care and have a great property agent and landlord so any issues are usually sorted out promptly.

We have an unfurnished bedroom available, 3.7m c 4.3m, no built in wardrobe, front of North facing window which gets morning sun, internal blind, electric security roller fitted externally to window (excellent if you like a dark room).

There is a large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink which is shared with the other female in the house.

We all buy our own food, and have a pantry that has space for each of us and 2 fridges. The house is already furnished.
There is a house kitty of $10 included in your rent, that covers items such as toilet paper, laundry pods, paper towels.
If you have a vehicle there is usually plenty of on road parking, weekends can get busy as we are close to the sports field in Concord/Five Dock.

The area is family friendly, most people in our street will say hi or wave out. There are also great places to go out in Concord, Burwood and the surrounding areas.

Our home is quite spacious. We are respectful of our surroundings, maintain clean/tidy house inside and out, respect each other's space and privacy and enjoy a good conversation or laugh.

Our home is not a party house or suitable to work from home on a regular basis.
