Seeking to rent out to a middle aged, clean, respectful, honest, reliable and quiet lady for $270 pw plus 50/50 split on utilities. Location very close to Northern Hospital and shopping centre. House contains modern kitchen, TVs, refrigerator, washing machine. Prospective tenant will only need to furnish own bedroom and bring personal belongings. Rules to be discussed in interview.
