Need a home
I am a woman, 75, gym fit, non-smoker.
Worked my whole life as journalist -newspapers, magazines, freelance; and musician, touring in Australia, UK, Europe, and recording, and writing music for tv, theatre; and consultant to TAFE on music curriculum, also teacher at TAFE, and consultant to other businesses.
Currently living in a minivan which has its merits but isn’t ideal. I had to leave the lovely flat I had due to severe toxic smoke from the neighbour. I really want a home. I live quietly, reading, studying, writing, I wear headphones if I play music etc. I am tidy and clean, don’t wear shoes inside.
I don’t want to live with constant noise such as television, music, coming into my bedroom. I was a music reviewer for 40 years, and whenever I hear music, no matter what it is I can’t ignore it. I want my bedroom to be a private space and ideally lockable, I have some expensive technology, laptop, iPads,etc.
I would ideally like cover for my minivan …. Carport, or garage, or if they are not available, I would need to cover it with a tarpaulin to protect it from sun and hail.
I can’t be around constant cigarette smoke.
I love animals, I do housesitting looking after pets. I have never had problems with dogs, cats and horses, I have an affinity with them.
