Affordable Room in Tuart Hill, Perth WA – Cat Lovers Welcome

Available late November 2026, this spacious master bedroom in a two-bedroom unit is offered at $120 per week plus shared utilities. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

The home features open-plan living and dining, a private courtyard with a dedicated catio, and secure parking. Excellent public transport and shops, cafés, restaurants and medical services are within walking distance. Approximately 10 minutes from Perth CBD.

I'm starting a drive-in, drive-out nursing role and will generally be away for around three weeks of each four-week cycle, returning home for 5–6 days. So you will have the place to yourself for 75% of the time!

I'm looking for a mature, independent, reliable and considerate woman who would enjoy affordable accommodation and the company of my two well-behaved cats. While I'm away, the housemate would feed the cats and provide companionship and basic care. I'll supply all cat food and cover veterinary expenses.

The arrangement is for a minimum of six months, with a written agreement.

If you're interested, please message me with a little introduction about yourself, your accommodation needs and your experience with cats. I'd love to hear from you!
